Why fireplace repair gets documented this closely in Beverly Hills
Imported stone surrounds and custom masonry are common in the flats and the hills, and they need care that matches what is there. We separate safety items from looks in the report, so an owner can see what needs fixing before the next fire and what is a choice. Visits here usually cover refractory brick and panel replacement, damper repair and replacement, and smoke shelf and smoke chamber repair, and each item goes into the report so the scope matches the chimney's actual condition instead of a flat-rate guess.
